Add TradChinese, fix Culture checking with not save issue due to difference between TwoLetterISOLanguageName and Name. Also fixed ColorSelection key error.

Hello @jonaskohl nice to see this app, but some of small issue needs fixed, also I've add another language in Traditional Chinese there, hope could add in site for more ppl to DL. It's a really good app if keyboard has no LED to show current lock status.
Summary:
Add TradChinese, fix Culture checking with not save issue due to difference between TwoLetterISOLanguageName and Name.
Also fixed ColorSelection key error.
