Docker utility scripts for local container development and ECS integration

These scripts require that you specify an AWS profile to use and that you get your AWS cli output in JSON

Prerequisites:

• AWS CLI tools (latest version)
• The JQ command line tool (for reading the output of the AWS cli tools)
