Because of the change in path structure, the view manager can no longer locate the view.xml files. For a fix see : https://github.com/cta-int/joomla-platform/blob/4904cb64ebbc14f74393e854decdc786d1b91dfe/lib/libraries/joomla/form/form.php#L1893

Use JPATH_APP instead of JPATH_ROOT when adding the paths.
