Changes in this release:
- Introduce configuration dialogue in plugin settings
- Sample rate can be configured directly
- Logarithmic fadeout can be toggled on (linear fadeout is used otherwise)
- Fix a bug that could cause noise to be played at certain sample rates
- Enable some optimisation options when compiling
