MouseBeat is an Electron application which plays a selected audio file and alters that file's playback speed based on user mouse movement.
Clone or Download this repository. Then navigate to the downloaded project folder and:
npm install
Once installation is finished, start the app from the project root like this:
npm start
To begin, select a file. You can select any file supported by the HTML5 audio and video tags. Once the file is selected, the application will minimize to the system tray and begin playing the file.
Speed:
Move the mouse fast for ultra fast playback speed.
Move the mouse slow for ultra slow playback speed.
Pause the file by not moving the mouse.
