This is a fast pass of a bunch of stuff: * Two new accent colors which default to tailwind-green and tailwind-red respectively * A blind find-and-replace to swap green and red to these new accents * A new menu option to choose an accent preference separate from the main theme * A deuteranopic accent preference * A bunch of kludge that makes it work without hardcoding a separate theme for each accent combo
