Started development of support for wss:

Currently working with Chrome only - we need to get Trusted Certificate support working -
see TooTallNate/Java-WebSocket#1080

ws: works, with optional IIP "OPT" omitted in network definition (Java-WebSocket does not allow 'mixing' of ws: and wss:)
