This PR implements the similarity metrics suggested in #1134

ToDos:

Update documentation were needed
Find better names to describe metrics (core)
Adjust long in report viewer. These should not be too long and existing ones may also be adjusted, so that the list can not grow of the screen
Discuss basecode in Symmetric Similarity
Adjust short names in report viewer to reflect chosen names better
Adjust tooltips in report viewer
discuss how we want the distribution diagramm to handle non percentile metrics
