Hi guys,

From this page in the docs:
http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0/docs/toolbars/bars-fixed.html
you are supposed to access a true fixed toolbar demo by clicking the Demo link in the "True fixed toolbars" paragraph. It does not work on either iPhone 4S (5.0.1), nor iPad 2 (5.0.1). You do access a new page with a header saying "Config applied", but the header is not fixed.
The same applies to the test/ docs.

The initial example from this page:
http://filamentgroup.com/examples/jqm-overflow-touch-enabled/docs/toolbars/bars-fixed.html
works perfectly.

Thanks!
PJ

Hi guys,

I should have added: if you enter the URL of the target link directly (instead of following the link), it works:
http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0/docs/config/touchOverflow.html

Thanks,
PJ

The reason is that were sort if hacking this feature on in the docs. If you go here: http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0/docs/config/touchOverflow.html we load a new page with the touchOverflow active and as long as you don't reload, you will see fixed toolbars.

On the FG site, we're setting this config option the right way so it is truly on, but we don't want to maintain duplicate sites.
