Set up categories

To do

• User can create their own categories in association with saving documents. These categories are tied to the documents they match and go away when all associated documents are deleted.
• A user can see a list of all of their categories in the document index
• Put the category list in alphabetical order
• Selecting one of the categories from the select in the front matter modal makes that category show up again on the index page. It doesn't duplicate it in the database, it just makes another of the same category show up in the list.
• A user can see a list of all of their categories in the front matter modal
• There's no document count on the index list. Make sure this doesn't add up all records across users who have the same category names.
• Trying to create a category on new documents gives an error
• Front matter select shows duplicates
• Drill down on a specific category (from the index page) to see only the documents in that category. Make the chosen category highlighted.
