I recently discovered a potential security vulnerability in httpd-clean-path regarding the expansion of ~. This patch fixes the vulnerability with a specific check. It doesn't currently affect your fork due to the way it expands the full path name (concat), but the vulnerability could accidentally be triggered sometime in the future should the absolute path expansion be computed differently.
