Is there a limit for words spoken by google german - Voice? #13
Comments
@citycom-software I could reproduce the problem you reported on the Google Chrome ver.111 on Windows 11 OS. I guess you are using Google Chrome, aren't you? But unfortunately, after some investigation, it may be a bug in Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox (both are on Windows 11) can speak correctly. Safari browser on iPhone SE can speak as well. There may be nothing to do to resolve or avoid this problem on this library side. You might report this problem to Google. |
Hello!
Thanks for your response!
You are right! It happens in Google Chrome!
I’ll try to report this to Google!
Best regards, Thomas Jäger

I would like to use the tool to read a complete web page. But the voice output stops after the 1st paragraph. I did divide the voice output into individual sentences and did it output in a for-loop. This works, but then a pause/resume no longer works.
Does anyone have an idea of how I can have long texts read out, with a pause/resume function?!?
Thanks, Thomas
