This fixes issue #67. It incorporates @amair's original fix, plus the improvement suggested by @tienle, with tests. Iterations now contain the correct stories!

Can you test this by changing your Gemfile to pull from master (http://bundler.io/v1.3/git.html)

gem 'pivotal-tracker', :github => 'jsmestad/pivotal-tracker', :branch => 'master'

Once I get confirmation, I'll release a new version of the gem.

Tests in my app are all green! I haven't rolled it out to production yet,
but I will as soon as Heroku's API is back up.
