Hi, what is the reason for deprecating the ipfs api? I've never used it but have wondered about it |

IPFS themselves deprecated the APIs and there isn't currently an effort to upgrade to their new suite of tools. There are also reliability and privacy concerns with using it in production. |

This adds a deprecation to the IPFS API configuration option, so that we can remove this feature in the next major.
