[Bug]: Unknown property 'popover' found (react/no-unknown-property)

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and my issue is unique
• My issue appears in the command-line and not only in the text editor

Description Overview

i am using the new popover API and have had to adjust my configuration for the react/no-unknown-property rule like so to avoid lint errors throughout my codebase:

    'react/no-unknown-property': [
        'error',
        { ignore: ['onBeforeToggle', 'onToggle', 'popover', 'popoverTarget', 'popoverTargetAction'] },
    ],

here’s the PR for adding support to react for the API: facebook/react#27981

an example popover:

these occur when running my lint npm run script: "lint": "eslint .",

Expected Behavior

i expect the new attributes to not be considered “unknown” properties
