- Moved admin config to `configureRoutes()` to ensure vaults are loaded before broadcasting starts - Added `broacast()`, `listen()`, and `stop()` methods to `ActivityService`
- Added `resolveVaultName()` method to `ActivityService` - Modified `vault link` command to use `ActivityService#resolveVaultName` when only a name is provided
(WebStorm keeps doing this and it's super annoying
- Added ability to automatically re-link logged-in vaults on discovery - Added check during `ActivityService#publishDevice` to discard attempts to link with itself
