The jrpc2 module has been rehomed from bitbucket.org to github.com. This
commit updates the import paths, Gopkg.* files, go.mod, and go.sum.
Sorry I missed this usage when I was doing the initial migration. It appears godoc.org only updates dependencies when someone visits the documentation for the dependent. In retrospect that makes sense, but I probably should have done a search first.
N.B.: Everything still builds, but there do not appear to be any tests so I don't have a good way to verify that everything still works. By inspection I don't expect any problems, but you might want to double-check.
