The bike shed is open for naming.
PNormConedoesn't matchNormOneCone,NormInfinityCone,NormSpectralCone, andNormPConeseemed superfluous, so I went withNormCone. Happy to change back toNormPConethough.I haven't added the rational norm bridge yet.
