Updating to JupyterLab 4.1.0a5 or 4.1.0b0 will require reverting #7170.

For reference the upstream yarn updated was reverted:

• Revert the jlpm update for JupyterLab 4.1? jupyterlab/jupyterlab#15503
• Revert "Bump yarn to 3.6.4" jupyterlab/jupyterlab#15526
