InsertionContexttype from@jupyter-ai/core, imports them in cookiecutter and@jupyter-ai/dalle.packages/jupyter-ai-module-cookiecutter/README.md.The cookiecutter still contains GH workflows and binder configuration because it is meant to be usable by third-party developers who wish to write their own AI modules, and not just contributors to Jupyter AI.
