Allow for installing jupyterlite-xeus with JupyterLite 0.5.0: https://github.com/jupyterlite/jupyterlite/releases/tag/v0.5.0a0

There is currently no expected changes on the Python side of jupyterlite-core.

@martinRenou how about making a new 3.0.0a2 release with this change?

I'm currently testing the different lite pre-releases downstream and wanted to make sure the regular jupyterlite-xeus still works fine with existing deployments
