ci: stdout should contain just the store path of the result JSON

And write this path unconditionally to stdout, nothing else. stdout will just contain this single line.

om ci runnow behaves likenix build --print-out-pathswhen it coms to what goes in STDOUT. Pipe it to| cachix pushfor easily pushing all paths to cachix (this includes build dependencies if-dwas passed).Also, rename
--print-all-dependenciesto--include-all-dependenciesto better reflect the flag semantics. The short option,-d, remains the same.
