Set of keyboard shortcut bindings to match IntelliJ Idea.
Also includes default Visual C# 2005 shortcuts where possible.

Copy this into the [VisualStudioInstallDir]\Common7\IDE.
Rename it to "IntelliJ for C#.vsk"
Then select "IntelliJ for C#" from Tools->Options, under Environment->Keyboard.
Look for "Apply the following additional keyboard mapping scheme" drop-down box at the top of the setting page.
