Address #19: Allow passphrases to be supplied as char arrays, and to be zeroed after use (see https://github.com/justinludwig/jpgpj/wiki/KeyRings#cleaning-up-memory for examples of how to use this).
Upgrade to Bouncy Castle 1.60.
