Summary

1. Control which commands can be used, and by who, from the UI.
   • App persists changes. To get it to persist, download the zip, run desktop Setup 0.2.0.exe, then once it's installed, close the app and run win-unpacked/desktop.exe.
2. Bot handles errors better, and relays them to the user who sent the command via twitch chat.
3. Reduced bundle size by roughly 55 MB.

   • Allows you to enable/disable a command;
   • Allows you to limit commands to certain twitch users (subscribers, mods, , custom list of users, etc.)
