I've been using [jlcpcb](https://jlcpcb.com/) for PCB manufacturing. The only real downside I've seen with them is they charge a fee (~$17) if you pick a color other then green or black with 0.8mm PCB thickness. Also watch out, by default they will add an order number to the silk screen unless you tell them not to.
