Remove bogus 'o' option which breaks newer curl from k0sctl download …

The curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 --retry 5 --retry-all-errors -sSLfo "https://github.com/k0sproject/k0sctl/releases/download/${K0SCTL_VERSION}/k0sctl-linux-x64" -o k0sctl has o defined two times which seems to break newer curl:

curl: no URL specified!
curl: try 'curl --help' or 'curl --manual' for more information

So remove the "extra" o option
