The K2 G Suite Add-on uses K2 workflow APIs to add workflow capabilities to Google Drive and Gmail.
A user can do the following without ever having to leave the G Suite experience.
- Initiate a workflow on an item in Google Drive or Gmail for simple or complex routing scenarios while integrating with other line-of-business systems across the organization
- Be assigned a task related to a piece of content in Google Drive or Gmail and action that task – along with seeing any relevant details/context surrounding that task
