What
It seems like the current build/CI is broken somehow, and while I am no expert on Go workspaces nor vendoring, it seems like sync/tidy/vendor of the workspace might help. I notice that this bumps a few dependencies in sub-modules, but I am hoping this will not cause unforeseen issues.
Why
The current build seems broken, and I would love to get a release containing #1519.
