Also migrating the config to json5 that can have commas at the end of arrays, supports comments, etc.
Also adding two labels on those renovate PRs.

HOW TO RUN CI
---By default, all the checks will be run automatically. Furthermore, when changing website-related stuff, the preview will be generated by the netlify bot.
