Agents.md Feature for KMCP #80
Description
Problem: AI agents and developers currently struggle to discover and understand what MCP servers and tools are available in the KMCP ecosystem, leading to reduced adoption and inefficient development workflows.
Solution: Implement Agents.md as a standardized metadata format that describes MCP servers, their capabilities, and available tools in a machine-readable way.
