Add vinmonopolet.no

Adds the !vinmonopolet bang for vinmonopolet.no, the website for the Norwegian Wine Monopoly. Basically the Norwegian equivalent of !systembolaget.

What are your thoughts on including the alias !polet (colloquial term for Vinmonopolet)?

If that's ok, where should it be placed within bangs.json? I imagine placing it next to the original bang is preferred, even though that would break lexicographic ordering based on the trigger word.

Adding "polet" as an alias is fine with me. Also there is no sorting order for the bangs.json so it's fine to put it next to the original.
