Clicking config opens a empty terminal

I'm relatively new to Linux and need access to onedrive however I'm not sure how to install RClone browser as I've followed instructions but when I hit the bit where it says to press the config button nothing shows when I click the config button. It loads a empty terminal which you can see in the screengrab and from the instructions I've seen and screenshots it looks like there should be text in the terminal but I'm not seeing anything.

I'm on Lubuntu 20.4 which I think is the same as Ubuntu 20.4 LTS distro.
