add example for denylist, update ci

pushed denylist to my branch now that this is merged here, added that to the docs

just a small fix to link to that and fix module names for hpi module install in the CI (didnt do that in the last PR to avoid possible merge conflicts)

Yeah wow, is totally unpredictable (worked in the second commit I pushed to here but not the third?), I had previously disabled CI on windows because of a Win32Error, perhaps the issue this happens sometimes and not others is because theres some race condition of it checking for the install when installing in parallel?

tried disabling parallel on mac to see if that fixes it

pasted the error in __main__.py as well:

Edit: seems to have worked? But no way to know till its repeated a few times. This can be merged now
