Not working with fresh install of Windows 8 and Chrome #2

When I add Firefox, ChromeCanary, and IE to the list, they work just fine.

Wrong path. This is common problem on Windows, as every fucking version of Windows has these paths somewhere else...

Try to set env variable CHROME_BIN to the correct path to chrome.exe

fix(launcher.chrome): Get correct Chrome path on Windows

Checks for Chrome in the default location on windows taking into account
32 and 64 bit machines.  Falls back to the version in the user's
profile.
