Force socket.io to always use native timeouts, preventing Karma from hanging due to mocked clocks.

This fixes all of these tests observed to fail when running on cobalt browser with configuration client: { useIframe: false, runInParent: true}

The semantic-release has failed because token didn't have sufficient permissions to push release notes to GitHub, we'll look into it soon and then it will be released as 6.3.5.
