Add spatial layer and filter - Zam_Vegetation

Please add this spatial layer to KFWIS.

The layer should be renamed:
Vegetation

The filter should be on VegType_ag but renamed Vegetation type

This layer has 31038 features in it and as such the server can't handle rendering the layer.

Merging features based off of attributes would help reduce the number of features and help the rendering. @dimasciput and I have tried various methods help the server render the layer but none have worked.

@helendallas, many of the features share values in the CODE and vegtype_ag columns but the corresponding values in the FEATURE_TY and TRAPNELL_T columns vary due to different numbers of spaces or potential spelling errors.
Example in the FEATURE_TY column where the general idea is Main River (Wide) but there are variations in spelling and spacing:

Would it be viable to merge features based off of the vegtype_ag column?

We could do the data cleaning and it would probably take a day, or would Kafue like to fix the data because this will affect the spatial filters on the site.
