I’m currently working with HCF (Hospital Contributions Fund). I have had extensive experience in Customer Service, Retention and Sales starting my career with HCF in 2010 as an inbound customer service specialist.Since then I have advanced through progressively more responsible positions in both the Retention and Sales Team. During my tenure, I have developed exceptional analytical and research skills in analyzing and researching strengths and weaknesses of our competitors’ products as compared to the new HCF product suite.

I have demonstrated my problem solving ability as retention specialist by possessing exceptional product knowledge, HCF processes and systems (Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence), designed the retention script for staff and thereby streamlining the retention call flow for optimal member experience.In addition, in my recent role as web chat sales representative, I have been responsible for reporting, identifying HCF website visitors’ trend starting from the landing page up until the end of joining process. In addition, I have also worked a tester, created test scenraio for the sales flow and performed a robust testing of each step of the sales process as part of the entire entire CRM system overhaul. These are just a few examples of my accomplishments and contributions.
