Description of problem

gometalinter is deprecated and archived Q2 '19. Their suggestion is to switch to golangci-lint. Opening this issue to track this change across all Kata repositories.

gometalinter is deprecated and will be archived April '19. The
suggestion is to switch to golangci-lint which is apparently 5x faster
than gometalinter.
