pymol-alignit-plugin

Simple fork of the official silicos-it plugin, adapted to work with pymol 2.3.

Allows viewing of pharmacophore (.phar) files generated by align-it in pymol. SDF files can also be loaded in pymol to visualise alignment with the pharmacohore.

For versions of pymol < 2.3, ignore this repo and see http://silicos-it.be.s3-website-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/software/align-it/1.0.4/align-it.html#pymol-integration. Otherwise follow setup instructions.

Setup

• brew install pymol
• Download "align-it.py" from this repository
• pymol
• In the GUI, "Plugin" -> "Plugin Manager" -> "Install New Plugin"
• Chosse "align-it.py"
