Description
Renaming input_control_vis, legacy_export plugin folder to kebab-case, to align with the naming standard. This PR was create due to the unknown risk and conflicts of the upstream PR. To clean up the space and to allow more testing I will be creating a branch and verifying the branch.
Will do best to retain git history.
