This release of Shadowlands provides dozens of new features, a fairly robust API and full documentation for those who want to write dapps.

There are also two shadowlands dapps deployed at burninator.eth and cdp.shadowlands.eth

Install the .deb attached or if you're using MacOS, use the instructions in the README.

v0.10a: Use patched wget library to avoid crashes

- wget.download was crashing due to a permissions error
when the user ran shadowlands from a directory where no
write permissions were given.  I fixed the library and
submitted an upstream pull request.  Until the PR is accepted
and a new version uploaded to pypi, we will use my github
fork.
