- ログ周りを改善し、大半のケースで乱暴に panic で落ちないようにした (明示的にエラーメッセージを吐いて落ちるようにした)
- 少なくとも MyGica VT20 では ISDB-T の選局に失敗していたので調査したところ、周波数の算出ロジックの桁が誤っていたため実装し直した
- Readme に使い方などを大幅追記し、わかりやすくした (Close インストール方法や機能など Readme の記述を増やす #81)
