Problem

Feature involving ScalingModifiers with explicitly .Formula doesnt currently support the use of CPU/MEM (resource) triggers as they are handled a bit differently than the external ones.

idea

Maybe we could scrape the values from k8s metrics server.

Implementation PR of the ScalingModifiers and its .Formula is this PR
