Remove broken action to move issues to column

Description

Revert #4295

Unfortunately, the action doesn't work 😢 That means the wizard will have to manually move support: more info needed issues to the right column.

Developer Certificate of Origin

We need all contributions to comply with the Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO). All commits must be signed off by including a Signed-off-by line in the commit message. See our wiki for guidance.
