Pull Request Overview

This PR updates the CI configuration to use a newer Ubuntu version and a more recent Swift setup action.

  • Updated the "runs-on" from ubuntu-20.04 to ubuntu-22.04.
  • Replaced the Swift setup action with swift-actions/setup-swift@v2.
