This pull request adds a complete Japanese translation of the "Kubernetes the Hard Way" documentation. Currently, the repository lacks translations in other languages, and I believe that adding a Japanese version can significantly benefit the Japanese-speaking community.

"Kubernetes the Hard Way" is an invaluable resource for those learning Kubernetes in depth, and providing a Japanese translation will make this knowledge more accessible to non-English speakers in Japan. This can help foster a larger and more diverse Kubernetes community by lowering the language barrier for Japanese developers and engineers.

I hope this translation will encourage more contributions and engagement from the Japanese-speaking community, further enriching the Kubernetes ecosystem.

removed configs/kubelet-config.yaml \ from the scp command, because it will overwrite the configured kubelet-config.yaml file (has the pods SUBNETs) with the default one
