To run: java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar rbe-formatter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

E.g: java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar rbe-formatter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar print_nl_BE.properties
