Overwrite history samples (ADPC chunk data) with decoded samples, this is how DSPADPCM is meant to be decoded and the history samples in the ADPC chunk were only meant to be used when seeking to a part of the file
This fixes cracking/popping sound issues in some custom made BRSTM files that have incorrect history samples in the ADPC chunk
