Updates the CrossRef dump link from the 2023 data set to the 2024 data set.

Thank you very much @freethejazz for the update ! It's very appreciated that you keep an eye on the new release from CrossRef, because I am not very good for this :) I think I will test it to be sure that there's no breaking change, because if I remember well there was actually a change of format in the past that resulted in a failure in biblio-glutton. |

Updates the CrossRef dump link from the 2023 data set to the 2024 data set. Note that I have not yet downloaded this new dataset to verify it works the same as the 2023 data set, but I don't believe they would make breaking changes to the source format without explicitly calling it out.
